We went today and it was the worst experience ever; 1st 2 games were broken so had to get the game room attendant we had to walk to the counter so they paged him waited 15 mins for h come then when h finally shows he hands me 3 tokens unplugs machine and walks away making chase after him to fix the other machine, He asks what's wrong with it I told him that it didn't give me any tickets so then he opens the door closes it and walks away. (so I figured he was getting tickets or something cause the whole time he was there he didn't say much and when he did talk it was short and negative) 10mins later- With us still waiting @ machine; my son getting upset that the guy still hadn't came back I look over and see him grabbing a broom so I walk over to him and ask him if he was going to fix machine & give us our tickets he states "we are out of tickets but I will be back after I go check" He gives off this attitude that he hates working @chuck e cheese; so don't talk to me. We go stand by the machine for another 5mins he walks up fills machine & walks away not even saying anything or giving us our tickets the machine didn't. So I said **** it. Then after we were done the lady at the counter where you cash them in grabs our ticket receipts to add them up, she said 538 well we had 1 receipt that was 500 so I said no that's not correct she started to argue so I told her to get them out of trash can so she finally grabs them out; adds them again & states 1028 tickets; she started helping someone else cause my son didn't make up his mind yet; so I used my phone calculator cause it still didn't seem right and of course it wasn't it was 1227 tickets. When she came back I told her that the tickets were still not right & used the calculator on the counter to show her (oh what a ***** she became) I told why would I lie about some tickets I knew how many he had and what the numbers read on the receipts; she finally gave him the amount I calculated on the calculator. After correcting her she treated my son & I like horrible~ if we asked about a toy she acted like she didn't hear us, then when gave a toy to him she tossed it on counter. It's obvious she doesn't like her job either. Both employees need to be fired for the way they treated us. The most ridiculous thing about this location is that Chuck e cheese NEVER comes out even though there's a sign that states he's supposed to every 30mins. The past 3 times we have been there we have NEVER seen him & when I ask they say oh he will be out soon; but that never happens. Forget about asking more then just once cause they will roll there eyes and & say he will be out soon. So if your child wants to sing and. dance with chuck e cheese don't go to this location. Beware & if you can avoid this location and go some where else you should; most of machines are broken, Chuck E Cheese is MIA, they don't know how to use a calculator to add,& employees all hate their jobs so they treat you like crap if you ask them anything or need help.

We had my nephew's 3rd birthday party here a few weeks ago. The party was SPECTACULAR for 2 hours. Everyone was having a blast--both kids and adults; the girl working with us was SUPER helpful and VERY nice, happy and attentive ... but as soon as the 2 hours were up, it all went to crap. 2 hours sounds like a lot of time, until 15 kids run off to play. About an hour in (if you're lucky enough to wrangle up 15 kids by then), Chuck E. Cheese comes out to dance for about 10 minutes during "cake" time, and you have about another 10 minutes of the characters on stage coming to life, then 5 with the birthday boy/girl in a ticket-catching machine, PLUS you still have to cut, distribute and eat the cake. (Oh yeah, and if everyone wants to eat pizza, that takes time, too!) My point: 2 hours is VERY little time. When our 2 hours ended at 1:00pm, they LITERALLY forced our party of 40 people to gather our things and move to a few booths located beside the crawling pit/slide. There were 5 other tables in the party room that were not being used. No one was sitting at them, there were no decorations, etc. After forcing our party out of the area, it took them over a half hour before even STARTING to clean off our table, and another half hour before they even STARTED decorating only 3 of the other 5. Our table was cleaned, and sat there, un-touched, for another good hour and a half, as we uncomfortably crammed our party into a 10-foot area to open my nephews gifts. No one could see, or take pictures, because everyone was right on top of each other. We had to stand him on top of a table, and put all of his present at the one table, which meant no one could sit there. Our 80 year-old grandparents had to miss the show because they can't stand. When we complained to the manager about the way our party was being treated, we got an "oh well, that's company policy." Really, it was complete and total BS! Had another party been booked at our table, it would have been a different story, but to make a party pick up and move--gifts, purses, plates, cups and all--when you have nothing else going on, is both ridiculous and EXTREMELY rude. Had we been able to continue in the party area, we would have been done with the gifts within a half hour, at which time, everyone left anyway. But it ended up taking us 30 minutes to move and get situated in a new spot, another 30 to open the gifts, and another 30 to collect and pack everything before taking it outside. Basically, they wasted an hour of everyone's time and caused a bunch of frustration and arguing for no reason at all. I DO NOT recommend booking a party here unless you A) intend on having your kid wait until they get home to open gifts, or B) pay for an additional hour or two (if that's even an option). Given the way we were treated, we will never re-visit this place, let alone have another party there.

Very cool , relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff, especially Adriana, were courteous and helpful and not to mention friendly!!! Was vacationing from NY and first time at a chuck E. cheese with the family

Visited this particular Chuck E Cheese location on May 12, 2013 at about 4:30 p.m. with my seven year old daughter and three year old twins. Upon arrival, each of the kids and myself were stamped with the usual ultraviolet stamp to identity them upon exit. As we only had about 45 minutes to an hour before we had to pick up Mom for Mother's Day dinner, we did not eat. I purchased 100 tokens for $20 using an online coupon and decided that we would stay as long as we had tokens or a maximum of 5:30. Having tokens left at 5:25 p.m. we had to leave. At the exit, the young man (whose name tag was almost wiped clean - have no idea what his name is) checked my three children and their corresponding number on their left arm with his ultraviolet light. When he went to check mine, he could not find it after looking up and down my arm. He allowed me to leave with the three children stating that "they seem like they're your children." No other questions were asked of either myself or the three kids. If I were the manager of this Chuck E. Cheese, this kid would be without a job today. One of the things that Chuck E. Cheese prides themselves on is the well being of children. This was obviously not the case here. /s/ William E. Lewis Jr, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

When I want the kids to have fun and have a lil peace of mind, taking them to Chuck E. Cheese is the option. The pizza is freshly made and the games are good as well.

I had my little ones birthday party here and we had a very pleasant experience. It's not too overcrowded like the CC in Aventura! Much better option if you live in the area!

If you have grand kids they will love it For adults this is hell on earth The kids ate the pizza with glee, I thought it was cardboard and tomato sauce , The staff is nice but for adults its pure torture and all the kids do is say" Grandpa give me more tokens" Oh well its one of those sacrifices we make for our kids . Just grin and bear it and say to yourself once I get these kids home I can go out for a nice quiet dinner.

As a parent, I hate these places. But the kids sure do love it. On the Chuck E. Cheese grading scale, this one is pretty high up. Generally clean, although it too has that smell that all of these places have but we dare not speak about out loud. They have a large assortment of games, with most of them actually working and not in need of repair.

Had a good time there with my girlfriend and her daughter. Pizza was OK, games were fun for her, and staff was courteous. The problem was, as usual, other people's kids - they were running around like animals in a cage while their parents sat at the booths downing coke and pizza in an ignorant haze. I figured parents would take their kids there to play WITH them and have a good time, but these people just turn them loose with tokens and ignore them for an evening...disappointing.

I used to enjoy coming to this exact location. The good part my kids kinda had fun. But the bad part the machines are 40% old and some of them are broken. (They either take the kids token or no tickets come out, and by the time you want to call someone for help you say whatever ain't worth it). Also you got other people that either are stupid or just plain retarded that go to a place like that stinking like marihuana or they just that stupid of caring it with them. And to be honest that sucks to not even respecting there's other kids around. The bathroom could use some check up every hour since not everyone that uses those bathrooms have the same principals as others. Hope they upgrade the games and improve.

Let me start by stating that this review is based on a weekday (Thursday) after 5pm experience. My daughter's friend had a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's. The staff was very accommodating to the kids as well as the parents. The kids had several opportunities to interact, play, dance and sing with Chuck E. Cheese. There were plenty of games for the kids to play in the facility. I liked the fact that parents and kids had a matching stamp on their hands. This is done to ensure that you are the only person leaving with your child. I must admit it gave me a since of comfort knowing that my little one wouldn't get past the person at the front unless she was with me. The kids as well as the adults had pizza and soda. The food was actually pretty good. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and tasty. I would definitely go to this location again...on a weekday. :)

Chuck-E-Cheese has been around for decades, so they must be doing something right by providing an outlet for families to bring their little ones to have birthday parties, play arcade games and burn off all that excess energy that kids seem to never run out of. This particular place seems okay. Plenty of room to run around, lots of games to chose from and fairly clean, from what I have observed, so far. Quality of the food is decent but not the greatest - not necessarily a deal breaker, though. Overall, spend a few bucks on tokens and let the kids loose. You'll enjoy the quiet afterwards.

Where do I start?! Should've known it was going to be a bust when we couldn't find parking for a good 5 minutes. We walk in and this place had kids running around everywhere, nowhere to sit, a hot mess altogether. It was my nephew's birthday so at least, we sat In our own private table for parties. The quality of the pizza wasn't bad, would I eat at the "salad bar"? Heck no! Looked like it had been sitting there for hours! We then went on to the play area, which was ok for little kids, as each game takes one token. Sometimes the tickets would get stuck, so that was a bit obnoxious. So ok, we're done and Getting ready to redeem our tickets. Only about one ticket munchers machine worked! Ridiculous, on such a busy night like this!! I ended up taking about an extra half hour just trying to squeeze all of the tickets In there. It was horrible! So then, I make this other ginormous line to redeem the tickets.. Kids are cutting left and right, where are the parents?! Lol I told my daughter that we are never coming back to this location. Yes, I might be scarring her now, but she'll understand as she gets older. Haha, it was an overall bad experience.

Love this place for my child. I am pretty picky but this place got me with the stamp adult kid rule. Basically they stamp your hand and your childs to make sure you leave with the right child. Yay! I'm gonna have to try and leave with my nephew to see what happens when you have the wrong kid lol. They have 5 rides for infant/toddler that's it. That is the reason why they are getting four stars, will have to try out another location. Other than that the location is pretty clean..

It's big and I've had a birthday party there for my child 3-4 years back. The birthday party crew was awesome and that's worth it. I went back recently for a small birthday celebration for a couple hours....However, from Friday to Sunday be prepared for large wild crowds. It's gotten really ghetto. Parents are sitting there drinking beer / wine they offer at Chuck E Cheese and letting their kids run completely wild their kids beg for money and tokens!! When you take your children you are supposed to watch them and do a helicopter hover and be within arms reach, these parents were sitting there at their tables not paying attention and not caring what their children did!!!! Literally sitting at the tables for hours! It was hard enough to find a seat sit down in for us. The children in there were climbing all over the games literally on top of the games, inside the games and they were yelling and screaming. The Parents (some of the women were dressed like trash, like they were going to a trashy club) that definitely is not it!! Understaffed and bad customer service. Games out of order. Food delivery was 55mins. Soda tasted watered down. We were all so glad to leave!!! Expand, clean the tables, restrooms, and have a dress code policy and a maximum number of people allowed inside. get Better staff.

This is a great place to let the little kids run around and burn some energy. We had some fun here! The only thing is that this place can get so packed to the point where you do not want to bring your little ones here. Another thing that's so annoying is that some people bring their big kids here to play as well and they just be running around real fast, nearly knocking over the little ones. Also, some moms don't even want to watch their kids, one boy just jumped on my lil boy and tried to strong arm him and take over his game. We laugh at it now, but I was dumbfounded at the time because there was no parent around. Also, some of the really ghetto type mommas like to come in there dressing very inappropriately, plz put on some clothes, cover it up because we don't wanna see it. Save it for the clubs! Good place, but we won't be going back.

Okay, you're not going to get gourmet food and have a completely stress free time, but here is what you are going to get for WAY less than if you do it at your house or even a park: 1. spared the set-up and clean up before and after 2. spared the straggler guests that won't go away; you have two hours; they then set you up elsewhere and let you stick around, but people will likely go at that time or soon thereafter 3. spared the bored children doing things they shouldn't be doing; you get tokens included in the package, and you send them on their merry way to play 4. spared the trouble of having to buy and get the food and the liquor, etc; especially with the latter, it adds up. Point is, I have done parties for my son here at the house, and for about a hundred dollars more. In addition, I have to clean the house before, go to the stores, clean the house after, decorate, entertain, keep an eye on people, etc. I have no regrets going this route, and my son had a great time. This location specifically had very good service, and from what I saw, everything was clean and well-kept. I mean, they do have child traffic like crazy, so the stuff won't be shiny and new at all times.
